Just so my dear parents, sisters and close friends can keep up with us having a ball of a time in Vancouver!
And now back in Singapore...and still rocking!

Do you see what I see?
A Star, a Star....
considering he/she put up with 45 minutes of ultra-scan
(!! If my baby goes deaf - please remind me who to sue) and still managed a smile for us.
I got clucked at for asking the sonographer to scan between the legs. First off she told me there are more important things to look out for than the gender. Then she's so lousy, she couldn't scan where I wanted. She's just dull. Do you know how 3rd hand the info gets? The sonographer does the scan, the radiologist will read the scan and do a report, the report goes to my physician who will then translate it for me. what kind of system is that really? talk about hearsay.
Nair mind. Just think about the citizenship and you'll feel better.
I wanted to put R in something, e.g. Julia Gabriel, Growing up Gifted, whatever. But trying to coordinate his nap time with just the Little Gym schedule just kills me. And it's not just me either - easily 50% of the toddlers in R's class are cranky during the Little Gym session because they either missed their nap or they had to cut it short. So there's all this additional unnecessary stress on everybody.
Anyway, R seems pretty okay for his age group so I'm mainly concentrating now on minimising his mosquito bites and increasing his weight.
no need to eat too much you know - just make sure he eats a variety that should suffice - fruits and water especially. also, unless he looks like he's enjoying the classes (give is a couple to ensure reaction is consistent)get him out. if they don't enjoy, they really dun like to go. so simple but parents can be so daft sometimes. just go with the gut.
